Final Fantasy VII

Final Fantasy VII is a role playing game (RPG) by Squaresoft. It is available on Playstation and PC CD-ROM.

The story of Final Fantasy VII mainly revolves around ex-SOLDIER, Cloud Strife (the cutie with blonde spikey hair and a gargantuan sword ^_^) and for most of the game, Cloud is a permanent member of your party.

In the beginning of the game, Cloud helps out a small group of rebels known as "AVALANCHE", in their fight against Shinra - who Avalanche believes is killing the planet by sucking up Mako energy into their power reactors.

Your first mission with Avalanche is to destroy the Sector 1's Mako Reactor. However, what starts out as a small rebellion against Shinra, is developed into a huge battle to save the planet and its inhabitants.

Cloud is not alone in his quest to save the planet. He is joined by Aeris, Tifa, Barret, Red XIII, Cait Sith, and Cid (quite a common name in Squaresoft RPGs along with Vicks/Biggs and Wedge) And if you're thorough in your quest, Yuffie and Vincent might also give you a hand!

Final Fantasy VII is a LONG game. As if the main plot isn't long enough - Squaresoft added tons of secrets, a subquest and 7 mini-games! On top of that, you get to try your hand at raising Chocobos. What a treat ^_^;

At the moment, some of the images on this page are ancient, and completed at the time when I was too lazy to render my images properly. Hopefully the'll be fixed up at some point in the future. Hopefully...

Aeris Gainsborough

The gentle flower girl Cloud bumps into after AVALANCHE destroyed Sector One's Mako Reactor - Aeris Gainsborough!

Aeris is no doubt the ultimate heroine of FF7. Cloud may have whipped Sephiroth with his gargantuan sword, but it was Aeris' prayers which prevented the total destruction of Midgar and the rest of the planet.

Isn't it cute when she does this in the game? ^_^

Cloud The Bodyguard

Here's Cloud protecting Aeris. In the game, Aeris hired Cloud as a bodyguard. You had to help her escape from the Turks, who wanted to bring her back to Shinra headquarters. In return, Aeris promised to go out on a date with Cloud sometime ^_^

Miss Cloud!?!

*Shock Horror!* Tifa finds out that the reason Cloud became an ex-SOLDIER was because he was caught cross-dressing!!

Well...no, that's not exactly true... Cloud is not a transvestite. There's really a logical exlpanation. In one of my favourite scenarios, Cloud, with the help of Aeris, had to dress up as a girl in order to infiltrate Don Corneo's Mansion, and save Tifa from the fat pervert.

Dress up Cloud well enough and you might score a night with the Don ^_-

Tifa Lockehart

Tifa Lockehart is the childhood friend of Cloud. When they were children, Cloud and Tifa lived in Nibelhiem. Later on, Tifa moved to the Midgar slums and opened up her own bar - "The Seventh Heaven". Tifa is also a member of AVALANCHE.

This is what I call Tifa's "cute" stance, because she looks so darn cute when she does it in the game. Of course, in the game, the characters are Super-Deformed, so she looks even cuter when she does this ^_^

Yuffie Kisaragi

Yuffie Kisaragi is the sneaky sixteen year old from Wutai Village. She's clever, a bit arrogant, and obsessed with getting her hands on materia.

Yuffie is one of the optional characters in the game (along with Vincent Valentine). It is not necessary to have her in your party in order to finish the game, but finding her and bringing her into the party gives you an opportunity to do a secret subquest.

This is the final stance of Yuffie's spell casting move.

FFVII Boys

These are the remaining party members of Final Fantasy VII. From left to right, there's the rough-talking, ace pilot, Cid Highwind. Next is the mysterious Vincent Valentine. In the back is the loud mouth leader of AVALANCHE, Barret Wallace. The dog/cat-like creature is the gentle and intelligent RED XIII. And finally, the big useless lump on the far right, is the fluffy Cait SITH, sitting on top of an even fluffier Mog.

Vincent Valentine

This was Monthly Anime Bishounen for August 1999.

Vincent Valentine is yet another example of Shinra's horrendous experiments. Dark and mysterious, Vincent used to work for the Turks until he was experimented on, and turned into the monster that he is now (not a bad monster though ^^;;) He joined Cloud because of his mysterious links to Sephiroth.

Aeris Gainsborough

Yet another image of my favourite character in FF7! Not much to say about her now, since I rambled on about her earlier ^^;;

Aeris was October 1999's Monthly Bishoujo Art.

These are the only pictures I plan to post up for Final Fantasy VII. Of course there's still a lot that can be done with these images, but they should do for now ^_^ If you have any requests, e-mail me and I'll see what I can do.
